Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms definitely need refurbishing, but they were quite comfortable, though a bit tired. The service provided was friendly and helpful, making up for the slightly rude encounter I had. The location of the hotel is convenient but a bit far from my daily destinations. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with delicious meals served, adding to the value of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although slightly small, were clean and adequately warm for our January visit. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal, just minutes away from light rail links and surrounded by charming pubs and restaurants. The dining options, while not perfect, offered a good variety of delicious dishes. However, the lack of a hoover in the rooms was noticeable, and the freshness of some dining items left something to be desired.
The hotel has comfy rooms that are a little dated, but nothing significant. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was good, with easy access to the city center. However, the dining was overpriced, and the view from the room was not great.
Arriving early, the room was ready and stunningly clean with a magnificent 4-poster bed, yet slightly smaller in size reminiscent of Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, although dining options were a bit overpriced. The location, despite some minor issues, was convenient with easy access to local attractions.
The hotel is in a beautiful residential area beside the Aviva Stadium, approximately a 20-minute walk to the city center. The rooms, while a great size and very clean, were a bit noisy due to outside traffic, and it was surprising not to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The service was a bit inconsistent with different receptionists offering conflicting information, yet they were ultimately very lovely and accommodating. The location is fantastic for access to the Aviva Stadium and 3Arena, with easy access to transportation options. The dining experience, although with good aspects, was somewhat lackluster and had unexpected charges. Overall, the hotel offers clean, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff in a great location, but improvements could be made in noise isolation and dining clarity.
The hotel rooms were quaint and decorated perfectly but had some issues with temperature control, and soundproofing was lacking, impacting the feeling of privacy. The staff were lovely, helpful, and kind, offering assistance with luggage. The location was perfect for our needs, near public transportation, with charming period features. The dining experience offered a delicious combination of buffet and menu options. The hotel seems well-kept but small, and we are unsure about the value for money.
